Actively contribute your communication expertise to all phases of a project, serving as the contact person to the customer throughout: from analyzing requirements analyses and drawing up a bid, to putting together and coordinating external and internal design and development teams until the final inspection.
Serve as a consultant in online projects and campaigns, ensuring effective communication between the customers' specialist and IT departments, external partners, designers and developers.
Coordinate online projects and be responsible for running your projects on time, based on your experience in resource management, coordination, creating project plans and quality assurance.
Supervise junior project managers and project assistants in your projects.
REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
University (also university of applied sciences) degree in business administration, media studies, computer science, or similar
Alternatively a comparable apprenticeship in these areas
At least 5 years of experience in agencies as account or project manager of multi-media projects (corporate websites, hotsites, online platforms, online applications) or as a consultant in agencies
Consulting expertise and experience in direct customer contact
Experience with communication campaigns
Convincing and confident appearance
