Support the Account Manager or the Senior Project Manager in all phases of a project: from analyzing requirements analyses and drawing up a bid, to putting together and coordinating external and internal design and development teams until the final inspection.
Take responsibility for first small projects.
Take responsibility for running your projects on time and gain experience in resource management, coordination, creating project plans and quality assurance.
Be part of different projects and learn to handle the different technologies.
REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
University (also university of applied sciences) degree in business administration, media studies, computer science, or similar
Alternatively comparable apprenticeship in these areas
First relevant experience through internships or student traineeships in a digital agency
Readiness of mind
Interest in communication, strategy and development
Basic technical knowledge
Sense for good creation and highest quality standards
Good command of English
