We are looking for apprentices in Marketing Communication (Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Marketingkommunikation) starting September 1st, 2012.
COURSE OF APPRENTICESHIP
The period of apprenticeship is 36 months, in accordance with the Apprenticeship Directive. Previous education / apprenticeship (e.g. high school diploma) can count for up to 12 months of this apprenticeship and shortens the apprenticeship time accordingly. You will obtain comprehensive insight into various areas in our successful agency within this dual-track apprenticeship course. Vocational school attendance and practical work in our company alternate and complement each other.
At our agency, you will also have the opportunity to independently develop apprenticeship content on your own and to take responsibility at an early stage. During the practical work phase, an experienced co-worker will always be at your side, offering you instruction and support in project business. You will take part in our daily work right from the start, and your skills in technical, social and methodological areas will be developed intensively. As a result, you will face challenges and be able to demonstrate your own initiative. You will be closely involved in work processes during the entire course of your apprenticeship, and you will have an intensive exchange of ideas with all of your colleagues.
REQUIRED SOFT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Communication skills, team skills, initiative and enthusiasm for digital media
Good school grades, particularly in mathematics and business studies
Ideally some initial experience with interactive and digital media
Good PC skills
Quickness at grasping new ideas
Good command of English
